I started the therapy in a complicated moment of my life, after spending a few months with health problems and not enough energy remaining. After 4/5 sessions, I finally felt much better but not like before, more like a deep sensation of self confidence and peace. Having a permanent feeling that I’m fine and beeing able to think about the future without wasting my time and energy with the past mistakes. Now I can also use this method to relax in stressful moments and it works instantly. It helps definitly to become the best version of yourself and I will continue the therapy to see how far I can develop my potential.
